Experteze - Contributing to India's “Atmanirbhar Bharat” Initiatives

Covid 19 Pandemic has dramatically and irreversibly changed the world's traditional supply chain. Many nations have realized that allowing authoritarian regimes to have a stranglehold on life critical resources is not a good idea and are taking steps to decouple their industries. It has created new opportunities for us to support India's "Make in India" & “Atmanirbhar Bharat” initiatives.

Experteze is a consortium of businesses covering a range of verticals working together to support the common goal of making India a world-class manufacturing hub. It is a grassroots effort to build ventures in multiple verticals, leveraging the intellectual expertise of the Indian diaspora and the energy and enthusiasm of Indian entrepreneurs. Our goal is to support and make the “make in India” initiative a ground reality. We are working on a community driven approach, which is inclusive of everyone with compatible sentiments. Think of this as an “open source movement” for Indian manufacturing.

We have launched three joint venture initiatives and are planning to launch more in the future. We welcome everyone interested in working with us to join in this effort.

Experteze Working Model

Our mission is to make India a world-class manufacturing hub. To accomplish this mission, we propose a unique community driven working model and are inviting those interested to join us. Governments can make the policies, but it is the engineers and managers who do the heavy-lifting. We propose the following plan as a working model and welcome everyone with similar sentiments to join together to accomplish this common goal.

Establish teams with compatible skills and expertise

We want to attract and form teams with experience in specific verticals and work together. We want to engage the Indian Diaspora to share and contribute their expertise, and the younger generation of engineers to contribute their physical energy and commitment. We will be creating a conducive environment where such collaborations lead to positive outcomes. We have started working on projects involving semiconductors and electric vehicles/batteries with this working model, and we will be expanding to other vertical sectors in the future.

Engage in and build expertise in compatible verticals and share resources

We wish to follow the Japanese Kiretsu model where complementary industry partners will work together supporting each other.

Collaborate with each other and grow the capabilities and market opportunities.

The model is to look for synergies where each partner will try to help everyone succeed together. We build on the current business environment in India, but modify the working paradigms wherever it makes sense to be different. Our goal is to make it a win-win proposition to all.

Be global in outlook while building local capabilities

We partner with companies globally to learn from and develop local industry infrastructure starting with what we do best and expand from there.

Practice ethical entrepreneurship

Work with our partner companies respecting their IP and business relationships. We take care to make the industrialization sustainable and environmentally friendly. We want the processes to be inclusive so as to benefit everyone. We can not destroy our environment in the name of competition and economic progress. We select our partners who subscribe to this shared vision and values.

Experteze Working Group Symposium on IoT

We are planning a special symposium on semiconductor/IoT processing to discuss the current state of Internet of Things technology and discuss the steps we can/need to take to promote the development of the local infrastructure in India in this space. Unlike the traditional symposia, this will be a working group discussion with invited experts in this field to brainstorm and share their views, with the goal of developing a strategy to develop community driven IoT related initiatives in India. There will be opportunity for interested community members to provide feedback and ideas, and help us to develop a plan for future action.

  • What exactly is Experteze.biz?

    Experteze is a collaborative team of people who are passionate about working together to build and make India a world-class manufacturing hub. We welcome everyone sharing this sentiment to join and work together. Instead of just discussing, we actively seek to identify opportunities and create functioning ventures in India. In this context, Experteze is also a consortium of companies in various verticals, all working in Unison to support each other (Japanese Kiretsu Model). Our goal is to engage the Indian diaspora, benefiting from their experience and relationships to launch joint ventures in India. In the process, we engage with engineers and professionals in India to build successful businesses and project teams.

    We also have regular weekly online meetings which are open to everyone interested. Please join us and you can get to know the people involved as well as get a good idea of our activities prior to formally joining the group.

    You can join and participate in Experteze without being connected with a specific Experteze joint venture or business.

  • Not at all. While many of the participants are from IIT/IIMs, we are inclusive in working with all engineers and professionals who care about making India a world-class manufacturing hub.

  • Experteze.org is a nonprofit venture dedicated to promoting research and innovation in science and technology globally. It includes Experteze Incubator dedicated to promoting innovation and entrepreneurship. Experteze.biz is a consortium of for-profit entities focusing on building various businesses and joint-ventures to support making India a world-class manufacturing hub.   • EV Batteries is involved in manufacturing batteries for electric vehicles (EV). It is a joint venture between Experteze and a Taiwan company with the state of the art technology in electric batteries.

    EV batteries is looking for a few engineers with experience in battery technology to take a leadership position with the company and help formulate plans for adopting the technology obtained from our JV partner and design manufacturing operations. The technology lead manager will interact with the EV Batteries management as well as JV partner's engineers to understand the technology and define the activities needed by the company.

    The selected candidate will have several years of experience in battery technologies and is a self-starter with good interpersonal skills. An undergraduate degree in Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering is required.

    There are multiple positions available. The actual position offered will be based on the experience of the individual.

    The selected candidate will have several years of experience in battery technologies and is a self-starter with good interpersonal skills. An undergraduate degree in Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
